Canceling your reservation is free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival and entitles you to a full refund. If you cancel 24 hours before your arrival, you will be required to pay 30% of the total amount. In case of a no-show or early departure, you will be required to pay 50% of the total amount.

Your responsibility in case of damage varies depending on the type of vehicle rented. When booking online, you will be required to choose additional insurance for maximum protection, and you will also receive more details about the damage deductible.

Yes, of course! An additional driver can be added, provided they are present at the office when picking up the vehicle and hold a valid driver's license. The only difference is that you will need to pay for the additional driver to ensure they are covered by your rental contract. The amount to be paid will be specified in your online quote.

Our vehicles are provided with a minimum amount of fuel, enough to reach the nearest gas station. Please note that no refund can be issued for any fuel paid for by the customer and left in the tank. Since Aircar does not benefit from this fuel, the next customer will be the one to "take advantage" of it.

If you are unable to arrive at the time specified in your reservation, you may still pick up the vehicle. However, if the pickup occurs after our agency's closing hours, an additional fee of 500 DHS will apply.

We do not control the refund processing times for security deposits paid with a debit card, which can sometimes take several months. This delay is often observed among our clients due to the processing time required by the Interbank Monetary Center and your bank. Like many car rental companies worldwide, we strongly recommend using a credit card for both payments and deposits to avoid any inconvenience.
