• Booking request: name, phone, email (optional), car, dates, locations, chosen payment method, optional message, consent to WhatsApp updates, language.
• Contact form: name, phone and/or email, subject, message.

The website collects no card details and no payment is made online. No copy of an identity document is requested on the website.

3. Purposes

Handling booking and contact requests, verifying payments, sending updates about the request (email, and WhatsApp only with your consent), complying with our legal and accounting obligations.

4. Recipients

The data is intended for the agency staff. It is hosted by Hostinger. WhatsApp notifications go through Meta's WhatsApp Business API when this service is enabled. The data is never sold or rented.

5. Retention

Retention periods to be defined, e.g. unsuccessful requests deleted after X months; bookings kept for the legal retention period for accounting documents.

6. Your rights

Under Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify and object. To exercise these rights, contact the agency using the details above.
