Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

These terms govern booking requests made on this website with Marchica Car, N° 3, Route Zegangan, Qu Isabanan, Rue 72, Nador. The rental contract itself is signed at the agency when the car is handed over.

2. Booking request

The customer chooses a car, dates and pick-up and return locations. The rate depends on the total rental length: day rate (1–6 days), week rate (7–29 days) or month rate (30 days or more). Each day is charged at the rate of its month. Prices are in euros. Sending the form is a request, not a confirmed booking.

Pick-up from 10:00 on the departure day and return before 10:00 on the return day. One billable day equals 24 hours.

3. Temporary hold and payment

After the request is sent, the dates may be held for the period shown on the request page. The customer pays the amount by bank transfer, Western Union or Wafacash, following the instructions provided.

The booking is only confirmed once the agency has verified that the funds have actually been received. A receipt or screenshot is not proof of payment. Without verified payment within the deadline, the request expires and the dates are released. A payment received after expiry can only be accepted if the car is still available; otherwise it is refunded according to terms to be specified.

4. Security deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for each car; its amount is shown on the car page. It is not included in the rental price and is paid when the car is handed over. Payment method and refund conditions of the deposit.

5. Rental requirements

Minimum age, driving licence seniority, documents to present (ID card or passport, driving licence).

6. Insurance, fuel and mileage

Included cover, excess, fuel policy, included mileage and price of extra kilometres.

7. Changes and cancellation

Conditions for changing dates, cancellation fees and refund times.

8. Delivery and return

Conditions and possible fees for delivery (airport, address), late return, condition of the car.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, in particular law no. 31-08 on consumer protection. Competent court to be specified.
